With intimate knowledge of the market and its unique dynamic, our local roots allow us to optimize rental rates, attract quality guests, and provide personalized experiences that showcase the best to visitors from around the world.

Many companies charge booking or service fees in addition to management fees, but not P.S. Platinum. We believe that our agreements with homeowners are true partnerships and therefore our management fee includes everything from booking administration, to full-service property care, to tax collection and remittance.

We vet each and every reservation to ensure that we are placing the right guests in the right home. Our vetting process begins with the display of our house rules on every listing, to ensure all interested parties understand our policies. Once a guest books, regardless of the channel, they sign a guest agreement with us, detailing our expectations, house rules, and policies. Finally, our team reviews each and every reservation and takes any additional measures necessary to ensure there are no red flags or concerns before hosting a guest.  

Every reservation includes a damage waiver fee which covers accidental damages at the property up to a certain amount. Should any accidental damages occur, we will coordinate the repair/replacement at no cost to you. For stays of a certain length we require and hold security deposits, as well.

Our goal is to attract quality guests who will respect your property, resulting in a steady stream of bookings and optimal rental income.

At the end of each month we provide detailed statements for your home to accompany that month’s payout - you let us know which payout method is most convenient. While we believe that you should always be able to easily see your property’s performance, through our personalized owner portals which allow you to access monthly statements and rental data anytime, we’re also happy to inform you that you’re dedicated owner-services representative is always available to answer any questions you may have, as well.
